Kawasan Falls Cebu Tour Guide

Spread the love

Kawasan Falls is another place you ought to see when you visit Cebu. Why? Because this waterfall is one of the most photographed waterfalls in the world. Good enough, right?

The place was beautiful. The turquoise-colored water looked magnificent. Although we suggest that you do not expect too much. The place is a popular attraction to both locals and tourists, so expect a crowd. It is impossible to get a quiet moment here. Kawasan Falls is a three-tiered waterfall. The first waterfall is the most beautiful of them all. If you want to see the second and third waterfalls, just climb the stairs leading up.

KAWASAN FALLS TOUR TIPS

There are habal-habal/motorcycle riders waiting along the road where the bus will drop you off. They will offer rides to the waterfalls. Do not listen to them. Take note that the walk is only around 10 minutes. It’s a nice, refreshing stroll with scenic views. It’s best to burn some fats.

Also, if you are staying in the South of Cebu for a day and will not do canyoneering, you can make Kawasan Falls as you side trip after Swimming with the Whaleshark in Oslob. If you are feeling rather outdoorsy, you can also try climbing Osmena Peak and traverse to Kawasan Falls for only P1,500.
