Tetsu Ramen in SM Southmall – Love. Eat. Wander. Review

Spread the love

If you have been reading us for some time now, you will know that ramen is our comfort food, our redemption food, our go-to food when the world is falling apart. In fact, if you will check this site, you will see that, as of date, 80% of our entries tackle issues that revolve around ramen. Lol!

This post is no different from other ramen posts we have here. Only this time, we will be talking about the most affordable Japanese restaurant we have eaten at. A restaurant that was chosen by Skye because it’s just beside the candy bars. This post is about Tetsu Japanese Ramen in SM Southmall.

FOOD & RATES

The foods we ordered weren’t as tasty as expected but the affordability of all the dishes in the Tetsu Japanese Ramen menu is something to celebrate. The quality matches the price so it’s good enough. They also have large servings and nice plating. A bowl of ramen can be shared by two already. We only paid P950 for this set. THE PLACE

Tetsu Japanese Ramen restaurant in SM Southmall was quite nice but a bit small. We doubt it can accommodate 50 people at once. It resembles a simple Japanese ramen place decorated with plastic cherry blossoms.

Location: Food Street U1161 Ground Floor, SM Southmall, Alabang Zapote Road
Hours: 10AM – 9PM
Phone: (02) 511 8734

STAFF & SERVICE

Tetsu Japanese Ramen service was okay; waiting time was about 10-15 minutes for all our orders to arrive. Also, the staff are very attentive, nice, and accommodating. They even offered a special car-like plate to Skye to further enjoy her meal.

DO LOVE. EAT. WANDER. RECOMMENDS TETSU JAPANESE RAMEN?

Yeah! If you are in a tight budget but want to get a bowl of authentic ramen, it will not hurt to try what Tetsu Japanese Ramen restaurant in SM Southmall can offer.
